Visitors to stand F52 will get a first-hand glimpse of Schoeller Allibert products including SASI®, Euroclick®, Maxinest eTail®, beverage crates, dollies, and a mini-load container. All these products are accredited for automated warehousing.
The Schoeller Allibert team will also be at hand to discuss the company’s packaging rental and leasing models with SmartLink®, which can be used by businesses looking to boost their container capacity and upscale their fleet in a cost-effective and flexible way.
SASI® – A range of totes and containers that has been developed with the unique needs and demands of system integrators and automated warehouse operatives. It features an optimum blend of manual and digital technology and is suitable for all industries and types of conveyor belts, including mini load, shuttle, and multi-shuttle systems. Optional dividers enable the containers to be configured into a further eight different compartments and integrated pick-up points.
Euroclick – This ultra-versatile crate was especially developed for the global automotive industry, that requires flexible logistics. To meet these requirements, the Euroclick container was developed, comprising the ClickBooster and ClickHolder. The ClickBooster easily increases the height of the containers while the ClickHolder ensures 100% readability. The Euroclick meets fire safety requirements due to its drain holes, while its innovative design enhances logistics efficiency.
Maxinest eTail – Designed in response to the acceleration of e-commerce in the grocery sector, Maxinest eTail can incorporate dividers so that multiple customer orders can be stored separately in a single container, making these units a highly versatile option for automated handling applications. It features an extremely high nesting ratio of 80%, which means that return transportation costs and logistics carbon footprints are minimised. Finally, it is fully interoperable with the rest of the Maxinest family. To boost hygiene, the Maxinest eTail tote incorporates a clever floor design that is flat and non-vented for easy cleaning, and to contain any spilt liquids.
Beverage Crates – Through technological solutions more design options for beverage crates have been created, resulting in more marketing opportunities: from high quality decoration and gadgets to accelerated promotions. By creating visually appealing crates for point-of-sales identity, and by adding value of consumer ergonomics in the designs, it gives customers an edge in positioning their brands. In addition, Schoeller Allibert has developed a range of products especially for the beverage industry: from the Bottle Carrier 4th generation beer crate to the Key Keg®.
Dollies – The dollies facilitate safe and easy moves of crate stacks. Available with either standard or specific footprints, the decks design allows for the stable handling of most plastic containers and cardboard boxes. Wheels are also available in different materials to meet end user requirements. Linkable models are perfect for retail, and order preparation applications.
Mini-load container – Designed for automated handling systems. This strong and safe modular crate can handle up to 50kg unit loads with less than 5mm deflection on all types of systems. This ensures a perfect circulation of the crate within the automated system, even after extensive use.
