Bimuno®, the prebiotic galactooligosaccharide (‘GOS’) ingredient developed by Clasado Biosciences (‘Clasado’), will be a key ingredient in Herbalife Nutrition’s new supplement Microbiotic Max, launched in April 2021.

Microbiotic Max is a powdered food supplement that combines Bimuno prebiotic with two billion live probiotic bacteria from strains of Lactobacillus helveticus and Bifidobacterium lactis – ‘good’ gut bacteria that support vital functions of the body including the immune system and cognition. The importance of good gut bacteria is also currently being explored in other areas, such as sleep health and sports performance.
