We worked in collaboration with our partners, Design by PH, to refresh the Contact Originator brand and build a new responsive website. We aimed to support the growth strategy of the innovative SME by promoting a ‘leaders never follow’ philosophy and boosting the company’s expert status.

In 2019, we generated a print and digital readership of over a quarter of a million people for Contact. Our social media strategy resulted in steadily improved stats, which were uplifted by the placement of video posts. The communications strategy progressed extremely well as our relationship with Contact developed.
In early 2020, the company’s trust in our ability to deliver accurate and timely communications came to the fore, following a fire at its Bredbury, Stockport facility. We promptly handled Contact’s crisis communications, sharing an initial ‘business as usual’ message instead ensuring retention of business, outreach from the flexo sector and confidence in the progression of the company.
